Service and AI results

The service assists with translation and language learning. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of translations, transcriptions, or AI-generated content, and they must not be the sole basis for material decisions involving medicine, law, safety, or similar matters. We provide a process to report and remove problematic content.

User content and third-party rights

Rights in content a user saves remain with that user. The user grants the service only the minimum non-exclusive processing permission needed to provide the service, synchronization, backup, and export. Web, media, OCR materials, and third-party voices may be submitted only to the extent that the user has lawful authority to access and process them.

Subscriptions, top-up packs, and refunds

Pricing, Managed included usage, renewal cycles, and the validity, carryover, and refund conditions of interpreter top-up packs are displayed before purchase. Specific pricing, taxes, withdrawal, and jurisdiction-specific refund conditions will be finalized before launch. We do not offer lifetime unlimited products.

Fair use for interpreting

Voice provides transcription, captions, translation, and interpretation features. Learning provides language-learning features, and Complete combines both feature sets. Managed AI usage consumes separately accounted credits. Automation, account sharing, resale, broadcasting, and sustained high-volume transcription require a separately agreed product.

BYOK

BYOK users contract directly with the provider they connect and are responsible for that provider's usage, charges, outages, and terms. BYOK does not remove platform, storage, concurrent-session, or abuse-prevention restrictions. The service uses keys only for that user's requests and does not reuse them for other users' processing, advertising, or model training.

Account and termination

Users must maintain account security. After a subscription ends, we provide routes to view, export, and delete stored data except for limits required by law or security.

Contact and changes

Business information, customer-support contact information, governing law, and dispute-resolution procedures will be finalized after the launch country and legal review are determined. We will announce material changes to these terms before they take effect.
