Export your product data

Use the in-app privacy and data controls to export Translator product data. The export is provided through the authenticated product API and is not delivered through a URL.

Delete Translator product data

Use the in-app privacy and data controls to delete Translator product data, such as saved translation context, consent records, preferences, usage data, and error reports. This action does not delete your Keycloak identity account.

Delete your Keycloak identity

Your Keycloak login identity is managed separately from Translator product data. To request identity-account deletion or obtain help when in-app controls are unavailable, contact support without including sensitive account information in the message.
