Information we process

We process account identifiers, subscriptions and usage, security and abuse-prevention signals, and the minimum error information needed to operate the service. Payment card information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored directly by the service.

Voice and context

Original audio is discarded after transcription processing and is not retained long term. We do not automatically retain complete transcripts as training data. Only context that a user explicitly saves to Context Vault is retained within the selected consent scope. We apply personal-information masking before permanent storage and analysis.

Consent and purpose limitation

We distinguish required operational data, optional learning-personalization consent, and optional advertising-personalization consent. Learning-personalization consent is not treated as advertising consent, and declining either optional consent does not prevent use of core translation features.

User rights

Regardless of subscription status, a user may withdraw consent, delete stored context, export data, or delete the account. Until account-portal rights features are launched, we provide the announced customer-support channel for exercising rights.

Contact and changes

Privacy contact information and business information will be finalized before launch together with legal review. We will announce material changes in the service before they take effect and retain earlier versions.
